Klout can personally be of value to me and any social media users. Businesses and recruiters are constantly searching the web for potential employees. The time and passion that I invest into blogging and tweeting can be accounted for. Employers will see that not only am I involved and connected to my environment, but they will also see the power of influence I have to initiate awareness or change.
